Exploring Neglect

This is an introductory course, exploring neglect and how it impacts on children. Course objectives By the end of the training participants will be able to: Identify a definition of neglect Highlight the prevalence of children experiencing neglect in Knowsley Identify relevant national and local serious case reviews Consider how we assess and record neglect Consider how you can address neglect in your agency Describe how neglect can affect a child’s development
