Working Together to Safeguard Children

This 2 Day course is aimed at professionals that are likely to be involved in multi agency meetings concerning children who have been identified as at risk of harm or in need. Objectives: 1. Recognise the importance of working together 2. Recognise the potential impact of parents/carers actions and lifestyle choices 3. Identify roles and responsibilities in relation to safeguarding children 4. Interpret the thresholds and examine the pathways available 5. Explain the importance of information sharing and recording 6. Demonstrate understanding of child protection processes and procedures
